Organised by London Marathon Events, The Big Half is a vibrant, inclusive half marathon with a fun, festival atmosphere. The 13.1 mile course weaves through London from Tower Bridge to the iconic Cutty Sark in Greenwich.
Run to help Beat Macular Disease we’ll send you a free dri-flo vest and give you all the support you need to help you on your way!

Visually Impaired Runners
If you are a visually impaired runner and need the assistance of a guide, or your disability and/or medical condition means you need a support runner, the organisers of The Big Half can offer a complimentary place for a guide/support runner to accompany you.
